Stayed while on Royal Carribean cruise, beautiful view, had shuttle down to shops down below. Coffee pot didn't work so they gave us free coffee at their coffee stand which also made great lattes, etc. Very friendly staff in the gift shop. DIdn't eat in the restaurant, went to bar thinking we'd get faster service, THAT didn't happen-bartender not organized... more

Though you can't beat the location there's nothing "Grande" about the accomodations or service. This place is very, very basic and worn. Most staff were impersonal and one was surly/patronizing ... One night there was enough; we will not return. more

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! We stayed there as part of a Royal Caribbean Cruisetour package. The view from the main lodge was gorgeous! The food was excellent, especially the fresh-baked bread. more

The layout and furnishings in the rooms are, at best, average. As one other reviewer said, it's just a cut above the Holiday Inn. However, the room rates are outrageous. The room was basic, clean with a TV. Had a guest laundry (after 12 days was really appreciated) Bar was well stocked and we had several meals, prime rib, hamburger and was well satisfied. Would use again. more

Having read a bunch or reviews before going I was skeptical at best about the lodge. However, I was surprised. The lobby is beautiful, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Some how managed to lose my luggage from in less than 2 miles; restaurant unprepared and not stocked,5 people not one meal right. Manager a total unapologetigic A-hole. Don't come here for any reason!! Katie was cool. more
