Not as advertised. No coffee in rooms, no open restaurant, could-care-less staff. It would be better to pitch a tent than to stay here. We could not find a place at the park entrance so thought it would be nice to at least be close so opted to stay here. Big mistake. more

The cabins were clean and tidy, but beware there is no coffee makers in the rooms, when we asked the answer was due to cutbacks. We were supposed to have a queen and a single bed - had 2 doubles instead and they were the lumpiest, most uncomfortable beds I have ever encountered in a hotel. All furnishings were cheap and trashy, viewing platform not taken care of and looked kind of dangerous. Too bad cause the location was wonderful more
