We spent a night in Bright Angel Cabins after hiking the Grandview Trail all day long. We were filthy, sweaty and exhausted by the time we checked in and arrived at our cabin for the night. Our cabin was charming, clean, and comfortable. We had picnic gear, and the in room refrigerator was a big plus. The bathroom was also... more

We stayed in a Bright Angel cabin for two nights (wish it was longer). The cabins are rustic, but exactly what we were expecting. Clean and comfortable. Modern/updated bathroom, tv, coffee maker and small fridge. We had a cabin without a view, but only had to walk 50 feet to the rim of the Grand Canyon. The Bright Angel restaurant... more

Stayed here in October or one night on a visit to Grand Canyon.. amazing location only a few metres away from the rim edge. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Restaurant (and bar) very nice indeed. Great stay. more

We booked a rim cabin (booked about 4 months in advance) and was definately not disappointed. What a beautiful location. I only wish I had booked for 2 nights instead of just 1. The room was a bit rustic for my taste but still nice, and the bathroom was recently updated and very nice. My window opened out to a... more

I frequent the Grand Canyon, and can usually get a "rustic" room at Bright Angel Lodge on short notice. A bed and a sink, that's all I need for a base camp for a river and back hike. We also get a cabin for a week each year after christmas. Pure quiet bliss. Staff is always friendly. We must have... more

We stayed here 2 nights in Buckey Lodge. Loved the room. It was rustic, very clean and it was nice not having a tv! The bathroom was also great with a big roll top bath. The location is amazing, right on the rim and although it was busy during the day it was a lot more peaceful at sunrise and... more

Stayed in a cabin for 4 days. Very roomy with a modern bathroom. Comfy bed and TV. 20 second walk to south rim of Grand Canyon. Price was great for our budget. One downfall was that we were right on the edge of all the other cabins and the parking lot and main road were right there and the traffic... more

We stayed one night in a Historic Cabin. Check-in was a bit maddening, only because there was no parking at all available near the lobby. We drove around once and ended up parking our car on the other side of the railroad tracks and hiked up the hill. The cabins were very charming and had plenty of space in the... more

We first made a booking at El Tovar but am so glad we could get the lodge with rim view. Even with the crowd walking the Bright Angel trail, the place is still quiet, peaceful and very, very unique. Luckily did not experience a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms (unbelievable that tv's are included). The restaurant on the... more

Did not expect too much...tourist trap...not too expensive...partial canyon view... Fantastic...rustic feel, stone fireplace (gas), great view of the canyon. The restaurants were really great! Wish I could have stayed longer. Tip_ if you walk the canyon rim and plan on catching the shuttle back...get on before sunset...spent 45 minutes in the cold waiting at sunset..brrrr more
