We stayed one evening in the Lodge at Lake Crescent just outside of Port Angeles. It is a lovely lake, and has some good hiking around it which we thoroughly enjoyed. Dont be fooled by the website. This hotel is not as smart as they make out. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the restaurant serves good food but the table cloths are not changed regularly, in fact I doubt whether they are changed after each meal.
