Wow! You couldn't ask for a more beautiful location or more perfect atmosphere! We stayed in one of the Marymere motel rooms right on the lake and couldn't have been happier! The view was sooooo beautiful! Though the rooms were something taken from a 1960's motel, it fit the environment perfectly. The Marymere rooms have a large window facing the... more

We stayed at the Lodge for 5 beautiful summer evenings. Poised at the water's edge at a locale that commands breathtaking views of the length of the lake, the lodge has a setting that is difficult to beat. The warm rays of the setting summer sun are cast from right to left across the surrounding mountains, over the lake and... more

We stayed two nights at Lake Crescent Lodge during a recent Pacific Northwest road trip. We had a couple of reasons -- first, the cabins are pet friendly, and we had our dog Oscar with us. Second, I'm a big fan of old National Park Lodges, and this is a fine example of those. A couple of negatives, first. We... more

This lodge is located in one of the most beautiful settings in Washington State. It consists of a historic building with five rooms and shared bath, various cottages, and three motel-style buildings. We have stayed in all but the historic lodge where rooms do not have private bath. On May 31, 2009, we stayed in one of the ten Marymere... more

We stayed one evening in the Lodge at Lake Crescent just outside of Port Angeles. It is a lovely lake, and has some good hiking around it which we thoroughly enjoyed. The lodge itself is okay but then again I did not expect to have anything but a average room. It needs some work and the rooms are pretty basic.... more

This review sounds really negative from the start so I want to add first off, that we stayed in the lodge itself with the shared bathroom, and that the building and grounds are beautiful. It feels very vintage historic and the view of the lake from the room was lovely. We had a nice meal in the bar area, and... more

Dont be fooled by the website. This hotel is not as smart as they make out. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the restaurant serves good food but the table cloths are not changed regularly, in fact I doubt whether they are changed after each meal. We had stained linen at every meal we had there. Do't be excited... more

We stayed the first five nights of our two week vacation in an end unit (#1) of the Marymere rooms. The sleeping room is nice and big, the bathroom quite small but otherwise perfectly fine. The prices were a bit high but the location makes the price worthwhile. We did not eat in the lodge at all, but rather bought... more

We just returned last week from our Olympic Peninsula vacation. One of the hightlights was staying at this lovely lodge. It consists of a main Lodge/restaurant, rustic cabins and a couple of different motel-like extensions, all situated right on the lake. The Roosevelt cabins are the best accomodations but apparently difficult to reserve. They have there own fireplaces. We stayed in... more

We wanted to spend a long weekend in the Olympic National Park and decided to divide our time between Lake Quinault Lodge (two nights) and Crescent Lake Resort (one night). Both places are rustic. Lake Quinault lodge is the less rustic of the two in that it has a TV in the room (no TV, no phone at Lake Crescent)... more
