The only thing that made this enjoyable was the view! The rooms are overpriced and very tiny. Parking can be a problem. Not to mention our cabin was smackdab in the middle of a family reunion on all sides of us where they decide to light the bonfire and carry on all hours of the night! We generally like staying... more

Location, location, location. This is what you are paying for and I do mean paying. Crescent lake is beautiful and this area offers magnificent views in a relaxing environment. My wife and I visited this area in late September and thought this would be an excellent choice to unwind after a long day of hiking. We stayed in a rustic... more

We just spent the last weekend with extended family at this resort. There were 15 of us, ranging in age from 13 - 75, and well traveled (kind of snobby really). After reading the reviews on TA, we were all terrified of what we would find awaiting us. I can honestly say it was WAY better than we were expecting.... more

We stayed in an A frame cabin for 3 nights in August 2009. The weather was bad so I was glad not to be camping. The Log Cabin Resort bills itself as rustic, and rustic it is. It could definitely use some TLC. We read the description and felt we received what we were expecting. The rooms were okay, it... more

We booked this place because we were having a hard time finding anything else and the day was getting late. Log Cabin Resorts sounds like a nice place when booking over the phone, but when we showed up we very disappointed. We were told that the office was open to til 9 pm or later. We arrived at 7:45 and... more

I wish to God that I could have gotten a refund! I am not a snob...as we had spent days hiking and "Dry Camping" and wanted to clean up....sleep in a bed and eat real food! What a huge disappointment and all reviews have shared my feelings about "Camp Deliverance" and the sightings of "Norman Bates".... at nearly $200. for... more

The view and location were spectacular. Can't say much for the rest. I planned for rustic and even brought sheets & towels. I was shocked that only 3 of the 10 (?) windows opened and there were such big spaces between the screens and windows that giant critters could have flown in. When I asked the front desk if they... more

Please note that these people do not really know their own policies. I called in August 08 to make reservations for the next year. I was told explicitly at that time by the gentlemen that answered the phone that they did not tae reservations for the next year till that year. So, I made note to make reservations on January... more

The setting, looking across Crescent Lake over the tall trees with the beautiful Olympic Mountains in the background is breathtaking. The lodge room we stayed in was of good size but for the price they should at least include paper towels since there is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Tissues would also be expected. When one is travelling a... more

This was the only accomodation available on Lake Crescent, so we took the chance. Our first view of the "sleeping cabin" was a little scarey because they are very old, vintage tourist cabins circa 1920. Everything was well-worn, but clean. We had heat, private bathroom with hot water, and a lock on the door. The longer we stayed (3 days),... more
