Northern Lights Resort was a perfect venue for a special occasion - - the wedding of a friend. The resort was relaxing and had excellent accomodations. We reserved the entire resort for my sisters wedding in May 2009. Heidi and Harlan were very accomodating, along with Tom and Pat. They went above and beyond to meet our requests and to facilitate our many guests. We have zero complaints. We highly recommend it to anyone. more

I would like to share our wonderful experience at Northern Lights. We had planned a couples weekend last Fall. We could not have found a more upscale resort "up north" than Northern Lights. Had a very nice family vacation/fishing trip at the resort three summers ago. Great combination of rustic outdoors with all the comforts to relax with. We will be back. more

THIS RESORT IS AWESOME!! It is a FABULOUS Family vacation spot. Lots of activities for the kids & the family. The secluded location on the lake is great. You can sit back & watch the falling stars & the northern lights! The staff is great too. Can't say anything bad about this vacation! Will definately go back again! more

We booked a week stay at this resort. They advertised a social cruise, which didn't happen. We rented a boat and motor which didn't work. There was supposed to be chilled mugs in the refrigerator, they weren't there. There wasn't enough silverware. The screens were literally falling off.
