the staff was not that cooperative specially the parking attendant & nobody paicked up our luggage from car to room & back also the tv was not working hence had to call technician 2 time in duration of 1 hour channels were not visible

Staff is very helpful, Just buzz Akash at the F.O. & you will be assisted in no time. Food @ Celebration was finger licking Hotel location is decent, walk able distance to the water sports spot and a drive away to Dasvino Club/Bambusa/Xtrill Adventures Would be a better experience with availability of Valet Parking.

“Value for Money stay and comfort.”

Hotel Location is good, though not opposite to Lavasa lake. But the lake is at walkable distance. They provide coupons complimentary for entry in Dasvino Club, to enjoy swimming and other activities there. Buffet spread is very nice. Hotel rooms clean and tidy, with timely room service. Overall a good family stay hotel.

Went there on a weekday to celebrate our anniversary. We checked all the 4 properties in lavasa. We found mercure to be new well furnished well located with good view from practically all rooms.
