This is our third visit to Aherlow House Hotel & Lodges for myself and 4 walking friends. We have stayed in hotel and lodges. We were greeted with warm hospitality and blazing open fires. This hotel is in an excellent location with breath taking views. We did enjoy our stay but there are some area's the hotel can improve on. My first disappointment was no elevator, not a great start to your holiday having to pull heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Rooms were quite cold, but heater was sent up straight away... More

“Nice position old fashioned lodge”

Nice situation overlooking the glen. Nice old fashioned bar - which was very welcoming with ba nice log fire when we arrived late at night. Seemed to be a good base for walkers as there were plenty there when we stayed.

“Hidden gem”

Stayed mid week... Very quiet but cosy... The location is unreal... Got very sick on my first night but the staff especially the cleaning lady were very helpful.would love to go back again but would come back when busier...the staff are fantastic and very helpful... An asset to your hotel group
