A great place too have a wedding .the castle looks good as you arrive from your journey. We had our wedding at Auchen Castle on 10 September 2011. It was the best day ever. We booked it in June 2010 and a month later the Castle went into receivership. Had a lovely family wedding .Stayed overnight in one of their fourposter bedrooms very clean and tidy.Food lovely,staff very friendly.Will think it will get even better when new people settle in to the castle .Hope they get the televisions working though? More
