The castle falls down on the detail ......... breakfast is very average and the bar food very poor....... evening meals in the restaurant don't live up to the hype ...... the service is ver poor indeed and if your allergic to crying babies or kids that want to be the centre of attention THIS is not the place for you... more

I stayed at this wonderful Hotel with a magnificent Darren Clarke designed Golf Course. We dined in the Hotel restaurant and I must honestly say I thought the food was excellent , it was on a par with any of the finest restaurants in Ireland. more

Stayed here for 3 nights as friends were getting married at nearby Markree hotel.
