I have stayed at the White Horse several times now and yes the rooms are tired but the apartments are great and the food is always good with lots of specials on offer. The staff are fantastic also and I am going to stay for a weekend with my wife in January to explore the area which is lovely. more

We have just returned from a two night stay with easy-breaks, rooms ok, bit tired, but clean, staff polite and helpful, just out of City of Aberdeen, and handy for exploring other parts of Aberdeenshire, for the price we paid it was good value. more

The rooms are in a block that is separate from the reception, restaurant and bar. They were clean and warm but a bit tired looking. I was woken up several times during the night and early morning by other guests letting their doors slam. Why can't people have some respect and close them quietly? Staff were polite but not chatty.... more

This hotel is great value and despite the exterior is fresh and modern inside. I found the food to be superb and the staff were excellent. Compared to other hotels in the area the price is good and it is less than ten minutes from the city. more

Property was dirty and smelly. There was a garbage strike and the garbage was overflowing. There was a horrible stench as you came and went out the door. The room was very small. Thought it was overpriced. Only bright spot was going to dinner up the road at the Cock and Bull. more
