Stayed there for night, charming atmosphere, very nice surroundings, Owners were vry helpfull and accomodating. Great place for hiking, nearby beach, lovely glenariffe forest park around. Quiet and piece, what do you want more? Bit of attaractions? Located close to Cushendall, so there is some fun there :) Room was cosy, huge, comfy bed, very clean and nice equiped bathroom, room with tv, dryer, kettle, little biscuit snacks, breakfast was brilliant, full english. Overall great experience, we'll come back! more

Lurig View is a nice BB inside Glenariffe glen ,just less than a mile fro the lower entrance to the Glen.
The place itself is clean,well kept .The rooms are renovated ,nice and pleasant.
The breakfast was rich and good.
We faced an issue :as we were there on 1st of February,it was quite cold out side, and surprisingly inside as well.Although the owner fixed the heating in our room (freed some air from the system) it was still cold.(coming from a northern country I would not complain about low temperatures,but measuring in the room about 14-16 C is not nice when the heating wall radiator is on its full capacity.)
I felt a bit strange when i asked for another portable heater and she did not have one.she offered me more blankets..?!

So to make a long story short:Stay there at the summer... more
