Set in beautiful well maintained tropical gardens with good plunge pool, Lagoon Lodge is perfect for a quiet holiday. Garden Studios are well equipped for self catering, although in need of some renovation. There is no restaurant or bar, and the breakfast served is more than adequate. After booking our accommodation with Lagoon Lodges, I read some reviews on TripAdvisor that weren't too favourable. "Oh no, what have I done" went through my head but I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased that we stayed there. We loved this place! Spacious rooms were great, and having 2 bathrooms and kitchen facilities made for a very easy holiday. The best thing was the staff who made our holiday a very "real" experience rather than just being a number at one of the resorts. We went to Rarotonga for our son's wedding, there were 38 people that attended and 15 of them stayed at Lagon Lodges and we had the best accommation. A well laid out property that caters well for families and couples, nice and spacious with great access to beaches, cafes, bus etc. Yogi the frontline manager was terrific and had a great rapport with tourists.
