In the midst of a very busy location. Looks good from outside. Inside is also OK. Too much road noise heard in the room, they changed the room immediately and the noise was less but never noise free. Restaurant furniture old, worn and hence dirty. Mosquitoes in the restaurant. Food was good. Staff was friendly though.

The rooms are neat and well furnished. The reception staff were very prompt in confirming and checking in. The linen and towels are clean. The complimentary breakfast had sufficient variety ,hygienic and tasty. The only inconvenience we had was that we checked in at 10.30 pm and there was no hot water at that time.

The hotel is located in a very busy street but once you are inside, then it is very quite. The rooms are well kept and spacious. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. Room service is very prompt and the staff is very courteous..

we were in the supposedly best hotel's best room, but the AC was not working, the taps were not working,water bottles are chargable with double the rate,and we switched on the light switch, it literally exploded on us. Very dangerous. The room was smelling musty smell,and the service was very bad. The hotel gave the jitters!

For Nellore- Good option. No luxury, Room are not so great. AC is not effective. During my trip the Receiption area is under renovation. Clealiness is not upto mark. The great plus is the locality. Food is outstanding. Not much choice in Breakfast. Every menu id tasty. Recomand to stay in Nellore

One thing that that puts this hotel above competition is the courteous staff. I reached the hotel without any reservation and it was completely packed. The hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Rooms are nice and good food. Best place to stay in Nellore.
