Went on a Daily Mail promotion offer but upgraded to a Silver chalet. Chalet was lovely with everything you needed and was nice and warm with the heater. fabulous caravan very close to the club house to walk , clean site good onsite amenities , only thing I would say is some of the entertainment was not to some peoples liking ie games including running round kissing as many people in a minute and collecting money for charity , need to change those games park resorts a lot...
