We booked as recommended via telephone, Marie Richardson told us a rate of $95.- per room. Which based on the short notice and most places not open as yet ( beginning of season) and we had tickets for a Anguilla Tranquillity Jazz Concert, we agreed to the rate.
We had a time arranged with her, called again, no one was there. Some neighbours had to call her at home. We missed the beginning of the concert.
The place is a dump, please feel free to see the pictures, we are not picky and it was for one night only , but we are from St.Martin and definitely well informed about rates, service, etc. Marie Richardson had no interest in our complain, her answer to it was "My mother died here 19..." ... which we took with humour, but as well, one could tell that since than nothing had been replaced or cleaned.
Best yet to come was that none of the windows opened, my husband had to remove a lot of clutter around the house to have access to the shutters and open them. The one... more
