Once great, the new management seems to think that cattle car treatment is the norm. When we checked in, we were placed in a line, checked in, and then told to wait. We are repeat guests at Cap and we are never disappointed. Beach is beautiful and for the most part the staff is incredible. Many of the newer staff can use a bit of training but the ones that have been with the resort for a while are amazing!!!!!! Darren on the beach makes the best drinks so go find him!!... more
