What a wonderful Vacation! My boyfriend ,now fiance, he proposed on the beach, while on our vacation, stayed for a week at the Tamarijn. Before we booked our vacation I too was checking out all the reviews on this site. I am very glad we chose this hotel. I would like to start by saying this hotel is for beach... more

Like everyone else I did research with a fine tooth comb. I wanted the perferct vacation for my family. My family being my mom and my sister and my teenage nephew. Now I will admit I have not had a vacation in the Carribean my whole life but never the less I still feel like a qualified judge. I read... more

We stayed at the Tamarijn for two weeks in Feb./2009 - Loved every minute of it!! Older place but nice and clean - food was good, drinks good. Service was great!! One cannot have a better location - steps from the beach - we were on the second floor - balcony overlooking the Caribbean - feet away. Staff was very... more

Have just got back from Aruba, and loved it. We stayed at the Tamarijn and would definitely recommend it. Seems that not many British give their reviews so this might help you British out there who are thinking of going. No, its not a 5 star hotel, but its perfectly adequate. The location is fantastic, the rooms are fine and... more

The main reason we booked the Divi/Tam is its perk "kids under 18 stay free". Other A.I. resorts would have charged over $1000 more in our case. The facility itself is little dated but functional. The room is clean but very small. Width of room is only 11.5 ft (I counted the tiles on the floor). We had 2 queen... more

Oh my god......... I can not say enough about this hotel. Before we went we both spent a lot of time on trip advisor and after reading some mixed reviews I will admitt to being slightly worried about the hotel, but as soon as we landed I felt a hugh sigh of relief. The wam air and sunshine instantly made... more

We stayed in room 2108 (upstairs) from June 14-21. The room was the only one that has been updated and has a new bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. It was great! Bed was new and a little hard for us, so they added a pad which made it better. The view from the room was awesome! The water was... more

We just got back from our week long trip to Aruba. We stayed at the Tamarijn based on reviews from Tripadvisor so I want to give back. Tamarijn was a very nice and clean resort. I do agree with other posts that the hotel is a little dated and the bathrooms can use updating as well, but overall the resort... more
