The hotel is attached to the Stellaris Casino and the ventilation system from the casino blows all of the cigarette smoke into the hotel. The system is completely out of balance and there should be barrier doors between the hotel and the casino where they allow smoking. Take away the smoking and this can be a 4 or 5 star... More
