well the food was great compared to other all inclusive resorts me and my husband have stayed at..... the ocean and the pool is amazing, the service i would rate 2 stars, housekeeping would always forget to leave towels in our room and/or hair conditioner..... the rooms are very damp, a king size there means 2 full size beds together.... more

The resort is beautiful, the grounds are very well kept and clean, the food is excellent, the restaurants for the most part are great, the RIU has the best beach out of all of the other resorts located on that same stretch of Palm Beach. What a wonderful resort. The food was delicious and fresh, restaurant reservations were easy to obtain and everything looks brand new. Good air conditioning throughout the building, everything is clean but the beds are literally hard like a rock, think Flinstones. Snorkeling off-resort was a short ride, inexpensive and amazing.
