Arrived after a 12 hour flight and this place certainly gave us the wow factor. Check in was quick and efficient, accompanied by a complimentary drink. Then it was through to the main part of the complex which opens onto the luscious Caribbean Ocean, stunnning! Our room was amazing and we were especially lucky as we got a room in... more

We stayed at the RIU Place from 11/15 through 11/23. The building and grounds are beautiful, very clean and well kept, as well as being very organized and logical. Our room was fantastic, we had room 1136 in the C building, which included a king sized bed, whirlpool bath and full balcony with an ocean view. The beds are very... more

At first they tried to put us in wing A, which is just the old Sheraton with a bit of new paint. The humidity was too high and not healthy for my pregnant wife. The rest of the hotel is all new and fabulous. The all inclusive restaurants have good and diverse food. Also the restaurants where you need to... more

We just returned from a week-long stay at the Riu and were completely impressed with the hotel, the staff, and the food. I was nervous after reading reviews stating the food was bad but I completely disagree. The only meal we found to be mediocre was at the Japanese restaurant. The buffet had different themes each night so there were... more

We just got back from a week long stay at the Riu Aruba. If you go to this hotel you must request building A 9th or 10th floor only. Building A, the main building is the newest and nicest of the three towers. Please note only 9th and 10th floors of building A have nice large balconies. Building C is... more

My wife & I just got back from a week's stay at the RIU Palace and we were both impressed with the RIU. The property is very nice, the pools and beach were not overcrowded, the staff was friendly, the food was very good(we both are now on diets because of enjoying too much of the yummies). We've stayed at... more
