Ours was a last minute trip and we booked only a week ahead. But everything was way better than we had hoped (except our Avis car rental which was so ridiculous it became funny). Lucien warmly greeted us upon arrival and helped me with luggage while my husband parked the car. We encountered almost no line at check-in and in... More

Just got home on Tuesday from a 7-night stay at the Holiday Inn Aruba. We had a fabulous vacation and a lovely stay! We arrived around 2PM and checked in - there was no line. We were told that our room wouldn't be ready until 3:30-4ish so we left our luggage with the Bellhop and roamed around the property. The... More

We had a very nice stay from Feb. 6 through 13, with an upgraded room. Palm Beach, in general, is quite crowded this time of year and, surprisingly, the Holiday Inn had the nicest beach in the high-rise area (compared to the far more pricey hotels in the area, where the beaches were "packed like sardines"). The only real problems... More

Went to celebrate my 40th bday with my wife. Even though I reserved a king bed they gave me two twin beds because "they don´t have many rooms with king beds". Amazing !!! The hotel is very old, beach service poor. No one helps with anything. Ordered a burguer one day and it seemed a kids meal, very small. Do... More

My thoughts on the Holiday Inn can be summed up by saying you get what you pay for. This was our second stay at Holiday Inn in two years. I love the location and you can’t beat the value, but I think next year we may change it up, if our budget allows. I usually say who cares about the... More

We have been long (42 Years) fans of the Holiday Inn. Yes it is older, but we go for the beach and friends we have made at our home away from home. I don't think there is another hotel where you are only steps from the sand. Once there you are greated with folks like Smitty, Erol, Miquel, etc. Always... More

I booked this hotel at the LAST minute (5 days before departure) with Delta Vacations (parent company of DV is MLT Vacations who also services United Vacations). Requested an Oceanfront room with 2 double beds. Here is the experience: 1. Arrival - took forever to check-in; I was 2nd in line and it seemed like the check in process for... More

I booked late for a busy weekend on Aruba, and the Holiday Inn was one of the few resorts left with a reasonable price. And there is a reason for that. Apparently it is one of the oldest on Aruba, and that's what you feel. They have a prefect location at a wonderful beach, and the rooms have good beds... More

Room was ok, location is excellent, beach is nice, service is hit or miss. Worst of all, no hot water in the morning a little better in the afternoon. Had friends staying in the other tower also no hot water in the morning, asked other guests in the elevator if they had hot water, none, just luke warm and miserable.... More

Stayed at the Holiday Inn from 1/20 through 1/28/2012. This is our 17th trip, and 17th stay at the Holiday Inn. When we arrive, we are greeted with "Welcome Home". Beach is pristine - folks from neighboring hotels stayed near us daily - said "their beach" wasn't as nice. Had a great room in the Bonaire Tower with an ocean/pool... More
