We just returned from two weeks at Divi Phoenix and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the new section - building B - third floor. They are still working on the last building but except for a few small things like paint and wall sockets in some areas of the halls for the most part the other 3 buildings... more

The resort was lovely in general. Our tower, however, was the old one. Not what we were told when we booked via RCI/HGVC. Their website and our agent both said, "All the work is done!" The hotel was well appinted. Very good location. right in the center of all attractions. Bus stop across the street. Stayed in the new Beach Tower 1 bdrm Suites. Ocean view, w/ view of the pool. Restaurant food was mediocre. But overall was quiet & friendly. Beach is not crowded as compared to the High Rise Hotel section area. more

We have stayed at the Divi Phoenix 3 times and love it. You do not need to rent a car, but we like to go to some restaurants and do sightseeing, so we do. The restaurant offers great value for lunches-we order and bring back to the room often. A burger and fries is about $6 as are chicken nuggets... more

The Phoenix is located on the Egle Beach side of Palm Beach... if that makes sense. I think it's a great location and since it is on the end of Palm Beach there isn't an overcrowding problem like there is at most of the other hotels on Palm Beach.
