Great staff and very polite, when checking into the hotel you really feel like a welcomed guest. It seems like the majority of guests are repeat visitors. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the pool was a good size with a swim up bar. The location is second to none and in the middle of it all. The... more

This hotel is nice. Great location, walking distance to everything! The room was modern and clean. I didn't see too many people in the pool, but that's ok because the beach is right across the street. If you want to spend all your money, go someplace else. If you want value and a nice stay, come to Brickell Bay. more

Location is okay. Near most of the shopping and the nightlife, but the hotel shares a building with Hooters-not cool for our young girls and it does get a little obnoxious on the weekends when the Hooter Girls go to the streets to lure guests. We got one of the best rooms, on the second floor. It smelled okay and... more

Location, location, location. This hotel is in the high rise section of hotels in Aruba across the street from from the beach. The best part about the hotel was the location. My room was on the second floor (in the 220s) with two double beds standard older model TV, alarm clock, and bathroom (good water pressure). The room itself was... more

The room was your standard hotel room. Tile flooring, air conditioning worked great. Everything was good except the bed was alittle hard, but I'm used to memory foam matteress. I have no complaints. Staff very friendly. more

Hotel under renovations, we were stepping over workmen on a daily basis. we asked for a new room, but wasnt given one. The rep said they hadnt put anyone in them for 2 months. we were on the top floor which was noisy due to gererators or something on the roof but we did get used to the noise. However... more

Here at the moment (19/06/08) - came on a last minute cheapy with first choice - so for what we paid its not bad. They are remodelling several rooms on a rolling basis - so as a package deal traveller you will be put in an old room with grotty carpet etc. We got ourselves moved after the first night... more

If you are staying here this summer Bad Luck. Location isnt bad just opposite the packed palm beach and near to some nice resturants. Rooms are awful, the first room we stayed in had condensation pouring from the walls and the ceiling, woke up the first morning with drips of water on my head. and the smell Ugggh. Teenage children... more

Usually I have no problems with Brickell Bay, but this time they put me in an AWFUL FILTHY room. Peeling paint, dirty bathroom, etc. (see pics). Brickell Bay is really a crapshoot as far as the quality of the room. more
