This was our 2nd trip to Aruba - this time we stayed at the Surf Club 11/14-11/21/11 and we cannot find many complaints about our stay. I should probably preface by saying I travel extensively for my job, so I am somewhat a difficult customer to please and I have no complaints overall. We used an Interval exchange and it... More

The Surf Club is a great place to stay. A great place if you have children. The beef is ok but the seafood is the best I have ever had. More

This was our 5 trip to Aruba (Nov 7-15) and 2nd to the Surf Club, while its no Hyatt, I will give the Surf Club 4 stars, very clean rooms and hotel overall, pleasant staff, great location, my only gripe would be the crowds, it is a bit crowded by the pool at times, you must get up and out... More

After staying three times at the Marriott Stellaris Resort & Casino in 2010, we opted to accept a one week trial at the Surf Club in December. We're sorry we did: 1) this is a very loud and crowded resort, better suited for families 2) their adult only pool is so small and crowded, you practically elbow your neighboring lounge... More

Although most guest at Aruba Surf Club hope no one is in line before 3pm to get the free “prime location” huts near the front of the beach, there’s nothing like waiting it out to get a good location. Most people show up for the 4pm line around 3pm so you can get a good spot if you arrive around... More

Aruba is wonderful place to spend your vacation. The Surf Club is beautiful. The rooms are tastefully appointed and the kitchen has everything you will need. There are also grills available if you want to cook outside. The pool is a a lazy river and you can relax in a tube. I would suggest you bring your own. They are... More

We rented a GREAT 2 bedroom unit overlooking the beach, so no complaints (except super long hallways) Things we liked: Weather (rains breifly then stops), Plenty of Restaurants, Great Snorkeling, Nice Beaches, Lazy River pretty good, Airport decent (in/out). Things that are not what we expected. Noisy (there is a Moomba beach bar that keeps the music rocking until 2am,... More

This is our second trip to the Surf Club. Same week two years apart. The crowd seems much larger this year, yet the staff handles it very well. View from the top floor is awesome. Can always find chairs and space for our large crew of nine in two condos. Nine nights and could use nine more! One issue with... More

This is the 2nd time my wife and I stayed at the Marriott Surf Club. The first time we stayed in a Time share unit that had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and large bathroom/shower. It was very nice, balconies off the bedroom and also off the living room. This time we stayed in a lock out unit. Basically the... More
