We spent 5 nights here and we loved every single minute of it. The hotel, staff, food and scenery were outstanding! I can't understand why people find any reason to complain about this hotel! We booked the Fairmont through a deal we found on Travelzoo so I will preface this that we did not pay full price (thank goodness!!!!). The rooms were spacious with a beautiful view. Service at the restaurants was good but there is lots of room for customer service improvement.
