Have just returned from the Coral Reef with my husband, my only complaint is that we didnt stay long enough! The Hotel and its grounds are absolutely fantastic. The staff, food and service are excellent. Our first visit to the Caribbean and definately not our last. If you want an 'away from it all' relax and unwind holiday, in beautiful... more

If you plan to use room service, require internet conection in your room, need to receive faxes, or wish for high quality cuisine dont waste your time coming to this hotel. They seem in these categories appalling, disinterested, and frankly negligent. If you can put up with these issues you might enjoy it, watersports are great, rooms good but I... more

such friendly service. not pompous or elitist, but very nice. great clientele and great staff. friendly and lovely. needs a new gym, but i think this is part of the spa rebuild they are doing. tennis courts are a bit dirty, but not high maintenance to get on and included with stay so cannot complain much. sunsets are fab and... more

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights (Dec 11-14th, 2008) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was great and the grounds were lovely. We would definitely recommend including breakfast and dinner as its good value. If you did choose to buy dinner separately, it would cost about $200 barbadian dollars for a similar meal for a couple without... more

We have just returned from a wonderful and relaxing stay at Coral Reef Club. The hotel is beautiful - built in traditional Colonial style and set within lush tropical gardens. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the food was good. The norm was waiter service but variety was added by a barbeque night, buffet (including a selection of... more

One of the best vacations ever. My wife and I were relaxed our entire trip. The only complaint I would have is that we could not stay another week. Most people come here year after year and for weeks at a time. The food, service, and the accommodations were the best we experienced in many years. This was also our... more

The Coral Reef is a true Carrbiean Delight. In my eyes it is the only true alternative to the 6* Sandy Lane. We arrived and were instantly greeted personally by the owners. The receptionists are very helpful and all the staff posses the true carribean charm. The room was faultless, clean, and well equipped apart from the missing television. The... more

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this beautiful hotel. The O'Hara family and their excellent staff looked after us superbly throughout our stay. We stayed in a luxury junior suite with a large balcony overlooking the sea where we took breakfast each morning and cocktails late afternoons; always the best times of the day in the Caribbean.... more

Having booked at the last moment for a Christmas/New Year getaway I was unsure what we were going to get for our money. However the Coral Reef Club in Barbados was a Christmas present to die for. Firstly the room was spotless and the baby cot was already set-up in the room (if you don't have kids this is something... more
