While the property is not expansive, it has a charm unlike many larger resorts that come with all the bells and whistles. fine hotel, indeed good location. Rooms are Ok, quite spacious. No view although if you stay at garden room. Most of the staff (with minor exceptions) was arrogant and even rude sometimes! Having tried other hotels on the west coast ,Treasure Beach is the best. It is friendly and not at all pretentious, unlike some of the other hotels in the area. Very disappointed with the hotel. The rooms were adequate but nothing spectacular, especially when you consider the pricing. The main problem with the hotel is the arrogance of the staff. This seemed to flow from the top down. Bar staff made you feel unwelcome, and gave the impression you were interrupting their day. more
