Booked a 2 bedroom suite. Virtual tour showed 2bedrooms, a dining table in a living room setting. Actually the bedrooms were up a steep staircase, half of which had no bannister. There was no table for dining only a bar with 4 stools. The "living room" had 2 chairs and a sofa. Let the byer beware. More

This hotel has a great location, and 50% of the staff are lovely. The Bar and breakfast staff leave a little to be desired, dare you ask for tea instead of coffee at breakfast or extra salad instead of fries with your wrap. I found myself wondering about the Guinness Book of Records for the oldest hotel mattress still in use. I believe I found it at the Divi Southwinds. That mattress and other amazing remnants of the past are preserved for your discomfort by a staff that affirmatively does not care. The rooms updating or should I say redone, the floor in the kitchen area was so chipped it always looked dirty. Kitchen had not one sharp knife. The wicker chairs had holes in them to snag your clothes. The shower drain was clogged, ankle deep of dirty water during your shower. The balcony is toasty with the air con running.... More

The location, right by St. Lawrence Gap, is great. Divi's beach is also great with some nice waves (probably too much for young kids). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!
