just returned from a weeks all inclusive holiday. sadly the hotel was like a 'ghost town' running at 22% capacity so it lacked atmosphere. However the rooms were very very clean and most of the staff friendly. i was surprised by the reviews concerning the water as we never had a problem with hot water, infact we had a fantastic... more

I have been reading some reviews from other people and can't understand what they are talking about. Me and my new wife stayed here as part of our cruise and stay all inclusive honeymoon. It's a lovely place, not five star but it depends on what you expect. It was a great location for us, a short $12 cab drive... more

Just returned from two weeks at the BBC. We were all inclusive and like others mentioned the food was OK. However although staying over Easter the hotel was very empty and lacked atmosphere at night. The staff are very friendly. The hot water was very hit and miss, you had to run it for a long time to get any... more

My wife and I stayed at the the BBC for three nights mid March, prior to joining a cruise on the carnival line. We had an all inclusive package and as I had read previous reports I went with slight anticipation, not really knowing what to expect. We were in a forth floor deluxe room, their description not mine. The... more

Stayed here has part of a two week cruise and stay holiday. Hotel was split into two parts , the part we stayed in was very quiet and only a couple of minutes walk away from the main hotel. It was very clean, staff were excellent , pool very small but very clean no problem getting sun beds mainly because... more

We had the most fantastic time at the BBC. The staff were the most warm, friendly and outgoing people ever, the food was absolutely fine, the drinks were plentiful and strong and the beach was just amazing. We spent 3 days at the BBC then went off on a cruise for 6 days to St Lucia, St Kitts, St Thomas,... more

I recently visited Barbados with a friend to watch the 2009 Test C ricket. We booked this hotel (we were in the section called the family resort) because it was convenient for Bridgetown and it was all-inclusive (we both drink and eat regularly). On arrival late in the evening our room contained only 1 double bed and, as my friend... more

We were at the Beach Club for 12 nights for the cricket. We were apprehensive about this hotel after reading some very negative reveiws. What you have to remember it is a 2/3 star hotel. If you are expecting 5 star service and attention you are in the wrong place. Having said that, there was a porter to take our... more

We are recently back from a one-week stay at the Barbados Beach Club. Let me start by saying we were somewhat anxious about the BBC based on the reviews at this site. If you are expecting a pristine-cruise-ship-like-all inclusive, you will be disappointed. Consider the relatively inexpensive price, and keep your expectations in check. The BBC is a well-worn hotel,... more
