We returned to the Meridian Inn again in February this year for two weeks because we enjoyed it so much last year. We aren't into the large resorts and all inclusive places and this small hotel with kitchens is just the way we want to spend our vacation time. Great value for basic, clean and comfortable studio rooms at the quite end of the Gap. Very close to the beach, restaurants, groceries, shops, etc. Had a fabulous stay and will return again. more

So glad we stayed at the Meridian....Our two boys(11 and 9) were also very happy here. Everything was clean, clean and everything worked......water, toilet, shower, stove, microwave, fridge, TV, AC. The website pictures must have taken in much better days - meaning many years ago. The property is run down and is better described as ghettoish. There's no staff to check you in on weekends - they don't tell you that in advance - and don't be surprised if you're promised room is already occupied. They do have a house... more
