we stayed 10 nights in March/April 2009. Simple and adequate as base camp of diving. not far from the centre and quiet location. However, 'something extra' does not exist here. As name of the resort suggests, creativity and extra service simply does not exist. -Breakfasts were exactly same for 10 days, cold bacon and sausage, cold scrambled egg, all precooked... more

We just returned from a 3 night stay at CCB, and later in the week, another night before our return to the states. We were met by cheerful staff, very helpful, and found the room charming. Hotplate, a few pots/pans, toaster, adequate dishes, utensils. Small fridge that was working well. Bathroom had not been cleaned, at all, and I went... more

We stayed for a week in early feburary 09. We enjoyed the hotel, and found it was exactly what we needed and wanted. The room was comfortable and clean, but simple. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means, but if you plan on spending the time diving or otherwise not sitting around the hotel it will suit... more

Caribbean Club Bonaire is an excellent hotel for those of us who aren't looking to lose tons of money on extravagance and luxury. We stayed for 1 week and at $80/night you couldn't ask for anything better. The rooms are well done (ours had a small fridge, little kitcheonette, etc) and a safe, nice shower/bathrooms. As you would expect with... more

Stayed for almost a month at the Caribbean Club Bonaire. I could not have asked for a better hotel experience! While the rooms are undergoing a much-needed renovation at the moment, the staff was incredibly responsive and very friendly! Caribbean Club is partnered with Buddy Dive, so you have complete access to all Buddy Dive events and perks, including the... more

We booked Caribbean Club 3 through sunbeltbonaire.com. We stayed for a week and paid about $250/night. It is in Sabadeco 15 minutes northwest of Kralendijk. The site was great for us as it near a few good snorkel sites, and is only a short walk to Oil Slick. (Oil Slick has the additional benefit of has rock platforms about 10... more

My husband and I stayed at the Caribbean Club for a week as part of a dive package through a dive-specific travel agent. The Caribbean Club is a little farther north on the island than most of the other hotels, but that really doesn't matter since you should have a rental truck anyway to enjoy the shore diving (which is... more

When planning this Father and son trip I contacted about a dozen of the most recognized places and asked for the exact same thing ie. Room for 2 for a week ,inclusive car rental, breakfast, unlimited shore diving w/ nitrox, and 6 boat dives incl all taxes and fee.( a turnkey all inclusive bid). CCB was the one that answered completely and... more

Looking for a quiet place to stay for your dive vacation? Good choice, as long as you don't mind cleaning your own room, bringing your own towels and mop! Might need a refrigerator too, as these can even chill water. Chances are, you'll never see the cleaning lady, so don't stay more than one night! No atmosphere, and drinks are... more

Please bear in mind that all travelers are not the same... That said, Bonaire rocks & the Caribbean Club is a killer deal for those of us who value being off the beaten path a bit. We only met the owner once, who was there for an in-house celebration featuring local dancers. Nice enough fellow, he was a Dutchman offering... more
