I've stayed here three times. The property is about 2 km from the windsurfing at Lac Bay. Most people who come to Bonaire will rent a car. I started coming to KonTiki because it was the closest lodging to the windsurfing at Lac Bay. Now my sweetheart and I keep coming back because it's beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, and we really like the people there.

we have been coming for several years now, with and without kids. very nice welcoming staff, quiet en relaxed place, you do need a car though.

We stayed at KonTiki in June for a windsurfing vacation. We had perfect weather, good winds, sunny days, no rain. We were told there are mosquitoos when it is rainy and when there is no wind, luckily we had no problems at all. At night we saw one or two during sunset but after that we did not see any.... More
