Room - clean and well stocked with toiletries considering Cuba has problems with obtaining certain products. A classical Havana hotel with a nice atmosphere. Perfect location. We spent 5 nights at the Sevilla at the end of April 2008. Staff were charming and helpful and the room was spacious and adequate. However, there were a number of rough edges - the towels were threadbare, the shower was lukewarm, the toilets in the reception area were dreadful, as were the showers and toilets in the pool area.... more
