We stayed here for seven nights. Great location. much better than staying at the beach. Very close to casa trova. We went there twice to listen to music at 10PM. The breakfasts are included in the hotel price. The elevator was still not working when we stayed.

Perfect position in the middle of a center, good food and great rooms. The only problem was the lift wasnt working but we had the door man who placed our huge luagage up and down with no problems. The reception was the friendlist and very informative. Loved the people in the hotel but hated the taxi people who didnt let... More

The hotel has better days, to much money for what you get, no elevator, etc. The breakfast was decent; the terrace is nice, perfect for a cigar and drink late at night. But if you can, go to another place.

Stayed here 2 nights and although it still needs some TLC, the lift is still under repair, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Rooms fine, reception staff excellent and sitting on the terrace watching the world go in the square is a very enjoyable pastime. Service can be a bit slow except the young lady who works in the restaurant and terrace... More

This hotel is in a beautiful old building with ground floor marble terrasse that overlooks the central plaza (Parque Cespedes). Depending on the day, you may get breakfast buffet or 'to order' and both were excellent for ever hungry bicyclists like us. We stayed two nights thinking this place may be noisy all night long but were pleasantly surprized at... More

The hotel is by Santiago's main square, Cespedes. A ground floor terrace overlooks the square and makes a lovely place to have breakfast, or listen to the daily excellent live music in the afternoon. Roof Terrace has 360 degree views - good for a sunset drink. The rooms we had all varied. 404/405 and the same on 2nd and 3rd... More

We spent a night here in August as part of a trip, found it to be clean and felt safe. Rooms were okay, a bit dark and hot. Breakfast was acceptable, as was the evening meal and staff were freindly. Overall an okay stay.

I've been here before and liked the ambient and hotel. Last month I stayed here again for a couple of days. The rooftop terrace and lobby bar at the first level are places worth visiting. The hotel itself was disappointing considering the price to be paid. The elevator was (once again) the whole week out of order. With our room... More

As our other reservation was at a non-existent hotel, we turned up here and stayed several nights in a junior suite. We were on the third floor and had a corner room with a lovely view over Santiago. Cost at 115 pesos is not too bad and the room is a good size but the hotel is definitely not four... More

I chose to stay here after an unusually poor experience at a grim Casa Particular in Santiago. Suddenly I wanted luxury and prime location. The bathrooms in the rooms that I looked at and the one that I stayed at could use a really good scrubbing in the grout, but otherwise they were clean and comfortable, and the service very... More
