Officially a 5 star, this is a european 4 star. The best hotel of the many I stayed in Cuba, and apparently the best in Santiago. Not too far from the centre. Good rooms, higher rooms have a great view. Excellent breakfast with music too. Some nice bars but no-one in them! Good service and no complaints
