I just came back from a girls week away at Club Kawama in varedaro. We had a great time, and have a lot of great memories. We have just had a fab week, great beach, beautiful warm sea, nice waves, pool excellent. Restaurant clean and food more than adequate. This was the worst hotel i have ever seen, the beds had mold the rooms had bugs in the bed.... so disgusting. I slept there on night and moved hotel the next day. It was so bad if I could not get another hotel I would of booked a flight home. more

It's a 3 1/2 star and nothing more. Food and service poor. Beach and pool beautiful. They only have 2 drinks, Rum and beer. Many line ups slow service. Rooms and resort tired. Lots of bugs. Spent a lot of time away from resort. Scooters are the only way to really see Varadero. Shops and banks very close. Bus trip... more
