We didnt have any problem with the room (except for the really bad smell in the room if you stop the A/C). When the cleaner left us towels for shower... everything in the room... more

The staff appreciate, children's clothing, coloring books & crayons/ tooth paste and tooth brushes, Tshifts, hats, and any clean used clothing for the family would be appreciated. more

had a fantastic time at this resort .....food in the italian n seafood restaurants were great ....the beach was breathtaking n staff was friendly n helpfull .......i suggest bring your own towel and big mug for drinks (a must) as the small plastic cups are flimsy lol One of the ladies on the resort asked me to bring baby stuff... more

The accomodation was nice (we had a bungalow) The staff were fabulous. The food left a lot to be desired. We found out during our stay that they had just fired the previous chef. I like the Solymar. It was quite nice. People were friendly, suite was clean and nice. Food 24/7 drinks 24/7 Nice Beachfront, Women everywhere...need i say more.....I would recommend this place. more

No Pool no Power, no water, no flushing toilets and no mojitos. We came back from a trip to Varedaro November 15.
