The staff at the Tainos were simply the frendliest I have ever encountered in any hotel.
They seem to go out of their way to make you feel one of the family, from breakfast till you head to bed via the reception area bar where a Kir Royale is a welcome night cap!!!

First off to say that we have travelled to Riu hotels the last number of years (which we loved) and we wanted something different this year... and our stay was comparable and even better in some sense than the Riu hotels. Tainos main drawback is that yes, as everyone has said in the reviews, the hotel needs some renovation.... BUT.......
