Me and 3 of my buddies (20 years old) went to this resort (all inclusive) from April 23-30 and I must say we had a bomb time. Food, beach and the staff were all so great. perhaps because it was low season, staff acted like we were an inconvenience, some dining staff and housekeepers okay but you had to tip to get any service, couldn't even get toilet paper, moldy walls in room and puddles, many slips, falls and injuries to guests on slippery tiles, food very poor

we just come back from Playa de Oro and we full enjoyed our hollidays. it's a nice Resort with 3 restaurants, 4 bars a nice swimmingpool and a wonderful beach, it's better if you have a renovated room. Thanks Playa de Oro the staff and management

What made this trip was the band the hotel has that plays every noon and night, live very talented cuban music. The 10/10 perfect beach reminded me of cancun, free entertainment dancing and magic shows, and canadian style english speaking friendly staff (no wonder people always come back here).
