Don't worry about the bad reviews, this is a good resort. Food and entertainment is better than a lot of resorts we have been to. You would love the food if you like seafood. Kids friendly.

I must say that after not visiting Cuba for than 15 years I was so happy with this resort. I emailed ahead and they upgraded us when we arrived. Very clean but older rooms.
