We stayed one night at the Pullman hotel in Varadero. It's very cheap, for a stay in this tourist zone. It's one of the few not all-in options in Varadero. There was only a concierge, for services we had to go to the hotel on the other side of the street. We also enjoyed breakfast there. The breakfast was oké,... More

I stayed for 2 nights as part of a 2-week independent tour of Cuba. First I didn't even want to go to Varadero as it is an artificial and little authentic tourist resort but then followed a friend to stay only a short while. We chose this budget hotel which was fit for purpose but very basic amenities. The room... More

We stopped here for two nights as part of a 4 week independent tour of Cuba. We looked at the four cheaper hotels in the town Pullman, Heradura, dos Mares and Aquazual and this was the best based on the rooms we were shown. We had a room in the main building not the annexe which was not very nice.... More

Despite the impressive architecture of the building and courtyard, there is nothing special on the inside. If you're interested in watching a lot of TV, you'd be impressed with the channel selections. Service at the desk was cool; the breakfast was nothing special (the server was particularly unimpressive). Where there is nothing to seriously knock here: clean rooms, nice bathrooms,... More

We started our holiday in Varadero - a chance to relax before travelling by bus around Cuba. We didn't want all inclusive experience and Hotel Pullman suited us perfectly. Location was really handy, close to local shops and restaurants/bars, and very close to a beach which was much emptier and peaceful than what we saw of the beaches outside the... More

I stayed here for one night. My entire stay was in Havana, but I had to spend the last night in Varadero as I had an early flight from Varadero. It's really basic. Staff were friendly and got me a reserved taxi for 5 am. I had a room at the back 124-- noisy as the windows have these shutters... More

Hotel had a good, central location, close to the town area and beach. Has it's own snack bar with state priced beer - cheap! The room was ok, large, clean, bathroom nice. As mentioned in another review the door did have a glass panel, but mottled glass, so you couldn't see much. Had TV but no mini-bar. Liked best -... More

After reading the previous review from the other travelers, I don't know what to expect. However, when I saw it with my own eyes, this hotel is prefect for most people. It's clean, safe, central location, good service, cozy and comfortable. I really don't understand what expectation people have. The hotel is only CAD $70 or (CUC$40) per night. It... More

We stayed at this hotel over the holiday season and we loved it. The room was very clean we had two full size beds that we pushed together. The bathroom was a little small but we always had hot water and great pressure. We were very pleased with this hotel. It was right on the main strip and we could... More

This Hotel is listed as a good budget choice for Varadero. Our room was in the rear building - not in the main building. Rooms are extremely basic and overpriced for what you get. Staff is unfriendly and not helpful at all. I would not recommend this Hotel.
