Cuba has different standards, deal with it. If you are paying big bucks to come to Cuba, you will probably be disappointed. I was at this resort July 4th - 11th. and August 2008. I must say last year was much better and way more fun. My main complaint about this resort is the lack of English...they cater to the Italians and that is it. All activities during the day and shows at night are only in Italian.
