At reception during check in there was not even a drink of water or a rep to welcolme you. I had to change rooms because of mould and cigar smoke on arrival. This was our second time visiting the Barcelo Marina Palace. We had been there in Jan. 2008 and then again Oct. 2009. We did have nicer weather in Oct.
