I just got back from a 5 night stay at the Hilton. (May 13th-18th). I had read the reviews before coming and wasn't entirely sure what to expect. “The grounds are lovely, the indoors not so much.”

“a bit tired”

The hotel have excellent staff, outside facilities, fitness centre and beach. The bar and breakfast were also great. The rooms are a bit tired and could do with some renovation - everything also smells a bit damp!

The hotel looks old & run down, I'm on the 3rd floor so I have to hear all the noise from the repairs upstairs. Hotel is a little older but very adequate. Workout facility and yoga room were very nice. Staff was excellent. One staff member even helped change a flat tire I was working on. Snorkling is excellent right at the hotel. Great place to see exotic fish and birds.

“It is only recommendable if you have the renewed rooms in the 5th floor”

The renewed rooms are very nice, but at the time I stayed the A/C was nor working properly. Poor breakfast buffet, really nothing special, horrible coffee, bad service and unfriendly staff. I defenitevelly will find another hotel next time.

The outside of the hotel isn't the prettiest but don't let that fool you. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love the open air lobby.
