We stayed a week in a junior suite on the executive floor. There was no air conditioning but we did not say anything because we were mostly comfortable. The ocean view balcony is a plus. The east side of the island has a completely different vibe than the west side. I enjoyed the hotel and dive shop. My room was beautiful and clean. Bed was ultra comfy and staff was very friendly. Ocean Encounter Dive Shop was fantastic. Every one was so happy and helpful. The boats were nice and not crowded. more
