Our stay was satisfactory. The main thing to realize is that Papillote may "drop the ball" with arrangements. Enjoyment and safety should be a higher priority at Papillote. The retreat is in the rainforest, with a beautifuly manicured garden surrounding mineral plunge pools, which are very relaxing after a day of hiking or waterfall swimming.
