Scott's Head Hotel is one of the few places to stay in Scott's Head, on the southern tip of Dominica. The village of Scotts Head is located on a bay with awesome Caribbean snorkeling. Around the point is the much rougher Atlantic ocean.

The hotel restaurant is right on the beach with 180* views of the bay, the sunset, and the fishermen at work. They're open for lunch and dinner for all visitors and will open for breakfast upon request of hotel guests. The food is good. The rum punch has a little Ginger flavor, different than all the other choices on the island.

The hotel is just across the street. The rooms were clean and contemporary with ceiling fans and warm showers. Tiny ants found our food no matter where we hid it until we hung it in the closet - but this is the tropics. The bed was moderately comfortable. Windows had screens and bars but didn't close - OK - except for the neighbor's rooster.
