Barcelo Resort in Punta Cana, leaves allot to be desired: 1) Family deluxe Villas has a breath taking view of CONSTRUCTION off the master...!!! 2) The resturant in this section of the hotel hot and flies on the food....ick! 3) Service was terrible 4) To do anything you had to go to the sister hotels for food and pool 5)...
