This is one of the newer hotels in the Colonial Zone offering reasonably prices rooms that include hot water, air conditioning, refrigerators and more. The rooms are small but very clean as is the building. Security is excellent as everyone passes by check-in and cameras monitor every entrance, elevator and floor.

There's a a roof top patio for relaxing with a great view of the surrounding area and a very affordable restaurant and bar on the ground floor that offers a nice view of the very busy Avenida Independencia. (Some of the rooms are noisy.)

The location is close to a lot what's happening and what you need in the Colonial Zone and the hotel is very "guest friendly" with proper identification required. more
