very unfriedly Mr Potrazo especially was very rude as an accor member they had refused me entry at 1 PM telling me that the room was not ready and that the time is 3PM , that is non sense when th check out time is 12PM The AC does not work Properly they do not have sufficient electricity outlet The... “Can't beat service and price.”

I've been in this place at least 10 times for the last 2 years and i hightly recomend it. The food is great, Good food prices. We stayed at this hotel for the final of a three leg trip to the Dominican Republic. First leg, Punta Cana-home to all inclusive hotels and not much else. “Good Value for money, centrally located, nice clean hotel”

Except for the smoking rooms (which needs some attention) the rest of the hotel including the non smoking rooms are beautiful, neat and clean. The hotel is centrally located in the old colonial town, which places the guest in walking distance of all major places of attractions More
