I have been twice in Alcaldeza during last year. It´s in the silent side street close and between main streets; Malecon and Independencia. Old city and El Conde are in walking distance. It´s also safe neigbourhood. You have also parking spot in the yard. Rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. There is also internet available in hotel. There is... more
